Yes, what you share in therapy is private. Trust is the foundation of our work together, and I take it very seriously. My role is to give you a space where you can be fully honest without fear of judgment and know that what you say doesn’t leave the room. Everything you share stays between us, with a few rare exceptions required by law to protect safety. I am legally and ethically obligated to break confidentiality only if:
You share plans or intent to harm yourself or someone else.
There is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult.
I am ordered by a court to release records.
You are under 18 and at risk of harm - in which case, limited information may need to be shared with a parent or guardian to help keep you safe.
If one of these situations ever arose, I would do my best to talk with you first, explain what’s happening, and make sure you still feel supported and cared for every step of the way.

Yes. You can choose in-person sessions at our Fort Worth office or secure telehealth sessions anywhere in Texas. Many clients even switch between the two depending on their week.

A lot of people have had therapy experiences that did not quite land, often because of timing, approach, or fit. We can be open about what has not worked in the past and use that to shape a process that feels more supportive and effective for you. If at any point you feel like I am not the right fit, we can talk about that together. I am always happy to help you find someone who better aligns with what you need. The priority is that you feel supported and able to move forward in a meaningful way.

Yes, I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth and United Healthcare. If I’m out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill to help you request partial reimbursement from your insurance company.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for a few months to work through a specific concern, while others stay longer for deeper healing or ongoing support. We’ll check in regularly on your goals and make sure the pace feels right and is helping you move toward the change you’re looking for.

If you’re ever in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach out to the 988 Crisis Line by texting or calling 988 anytime.
