Services

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, research-based therapy for healing trauma, anxiety, and deeply held negative beliefs. Together, we’ll gently process the past so it no longer feels like it controls the present.

Ego States Therapy

When past experiences or relationships leave a mark, parts of ourselves can feel stuck in those old patterns. Ego States Therapy uses a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens to gently reconnect those parts with your present self, creating more balance, safety, and integration.

ERP Therapy

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the gold-standard treatment for obsessive–compulsive disorder. In ERP, it’s not about changing or eliminating your thoughts, but about learning to accept and tolerate them so you can live a more fulfilling, less restricted life.

ACT Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based therapy that helps you make space for difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them. Rather than trying to “get rid of” intrusive experiences, ACT teaches you to notice them with compassion and move forward guided by your values.
